Terms & Delivery

When clicking on ”Purchase”, an email with the exact description of the image you wish to purchase, will be sent to info@stenberggallery.com. When we receive the order, we will confirm your order with a printable confirmation and return your mail with an invoice. When payment is received, the image will be printed, framed and sent.

Production and delivery time for unframed unmounted prints approximately 7-10 days within Scandinavia, 10-20 days internationally, from date of full payment of invoice.

Production and delivery time for framed and mounted images nationally (Denmark) approximately 2-3 weeks from date of full payment of invoice. Please allow 3-4 weeks for international delivery, depending on country and means of shipping.

Insurance

Stenberg Fine Art Photography takes full responsibility of the images until delivery. Damages after delivery will not be covered by Stenberg Fine Art Photography.

Certificate of Authenticity

Each sold image is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity to provide proof of quality and authenticity. The certificate provides titel of photograph, size and date of purchase as well as number of edition in the series and copyright information etc. Each Certificate is signed by Henrik Stenberg.

Delivery

All unframed or unmounted prints are sent by standard mail delivery. Cost of standard mail delivery are included in the price for both national and international deliveries.

Framed and mounted prints are delivered by special transportation to secure safe delivery. The cost of special delivery within Denmark is included in the price. International shipping (outside Denmark) is not included in the price. For information about international delivery of framed or mounted images, please contact info@stenberggallery.com.

Prices

All prices are in Danish Kroner and includes sales tax (VAT) and costs of delivery, except international shipping. See delivery terms in the above section. Prices are shown for both printed and for framed and mounted images in the sizes available for each image.
